Unlike before, this is not part of the main storyline and comes from a side mission called, “Restoring a World”. I will go over everything you need to unlock the planet’s vault so you can place an outpost there.

How to Solve the Voeld Monolith Puzzles

There are 3 monolith’s located in a triangle formation near the southern part of the map. The header image shows each location, and I will list them as North, East, and West.

To unlock the vault, you must go to all 3 of these monoliths and solve the Sudoku-like puzzle at each of them. Before you can so that, you will need to find the missing glyphs around each monolith.

Be sure to scan each glyph to add it to your database, or you can’t complete the puzzles.

North Monolith

You will need to find 3 glyphs before you can solve the puzzle. You can find 2 of them on the pillars above the console if you use your scanner. The last is on a platform behind 1 of the pillars.

East Monolith

This monolith also has 3 glyphs to find. There is 1 underground where the console is located, which you can find by scanning. The other 2 are actually above ground on a block. They are both on the same one, so just move around to find the other.

West Monolith

This monolith only requires 2 glyphs. You can find 1 of them on top of 1 of the pillars by scanning, and the other is on a block on the ground.

Now that you have solved all 3 monoliths, the vault will appear in the center between them. Just head down into the vault and fight your way through to reset the vault and make the planet viable again.

That’s all for my guide on unlock Voeld Vault and finding the Voeld Monolith puzzles in Mass Effect Andromeda. Let me know if you have any questions!

(Thanks IGN wiki for the puzzle solution images. I had already completed the puzzles, and ME:A wouldn’t let me go back to view them afterwards.)
